    Description

    WW2 Era Silk Scarf- Painted American Flag- 7th Army SSI.  I am not positive if this were intended to be a scarf or simply decoration.  Appears to be hand painted.
    The waving flag is over the part of the globe, showing mainly South America, and Australia, with some of North America, and Europe.
    Condition is very good, with some light staining not easily seen, and a small tear in the lower left corner in the gold. Color is far better than in image.
    48 stars in the canton.   Measures 29 x 34.
    I bought this in plastic wrap, but will mail rolled in tube.
