    Description

    ORIGINAL WW II ERA 18 X 11 IN. COTTON VEHICLE CMDR. OF SERIES CONVOY FLAG. The size of the flags is approx. 18 inches Long x 11 inches Wide. The flag is made of a cotton gauze type material. The colors are diagonally white and black. One side has a white canvas sleeve that is sewn to the flag, it has an opening at one to end to allow a pole to be inserted in. The pole was then placed on a vehicle. Stamped on the white cotton sleeve is the following information : 12 x 18 FLAG DIST. CONVOY, CMDR. OF SERIES VEH., F.B. SKIFF, INC. The Cotton Vehicle Convoy Flag is in very good condition. (On the white there are some water stains due to long storage. (Which might come clean if cleaned).
