    Description

    Here we have a W.W.2 era Vella Lavella felt Pennant made by Piper & Philip of New Zealand. It measures 17" and is in excellent condition. Pennant has what looks like coffee stains on it. It has a name written on back of label H. Vick from Milwaukee Wisconsin. Maybe a soldier?
