VTG SILVER TONE METAL BEAD NECKLACE & BRACELET W/ MOTHER OF PEARL BIRDS & BURRERFLY **
Very tarnished: needs a thorough cleaning & polish to bring back original luster. Stones are rather dirty as well, though appear in sound condition. Glue underneath the butterfly wing pieces is very old & yellowed--still holding, but eventually may let go...Screw-back closures of both necklace & bracelet work properly. Thread of bracelet seems worn/starting to become tattered; this might need to be replaced in time as well. Please view photos for overall condition!
No markings anywhere on either piece of jewelry, but their size suggests they might be meant for a child. It is presumed also that both are handcrafted.
Measurements: necklace - chain length approx 16.25in, butterfly pendant approx 21mm tall by approx 28mm at widest point. Bracelet - length approx 5in. Stones - birds approx 15mm across by 2-3mm thick, butterfly's wings approx 14mm across by approx 1.5mm thick.
Necklace weighs approximately 9.3 grams; bracelet approximately 2.8 grams.
