Description
Stick Mobility is a training system that improves your flexibility, strength, and coordination.The exercises combine joint mobilization, strength training, and active stretching using the Mobility Stick. The Mobility Stick is a flexible tool used to create leverage, stability, and body awareness to increase functional range of motion and muscle activation.
The sticks are designed for professional daily use in gyms, medical facilities, and sports fields. They are waterproof, easy to clean, and made in the USA. Each stick features two silicone rubber grips created for a secure hold in-hand and on-floor.
There are specific exercises using two long sticks, single long, and short stick drills that allow you to work the entire body efficiently to help boost athletic performance, reduce risk of injury, and speed recovery.
We recommend purchasing a bundle of three sticks to utilize the full range of exercises in the training system.
If you’d like to purchase just one stick to start, get the 6 Foot Stick if you are under 5’10″ tall, and the 7 Foot Stick if you are 5’10” and taller.
WHICH STICKS ARE BEST FOR ME?
Our most popular product is the three-stick bundle. Having two long sticks and one short stick allows you to utilize the full range of exercises in the training program.
There are two bundle options to fit different height customers:
If you are under 5’10″ tall get the 6ft + 6ft + 4ft Stick Bundle.
If you are 5’10″ and taller get the 7ft + 7ft + 5ft Stick Bundle.
If you’d like to purchase just one stick to start,
get the 6 Foot Stick if you are under 5’10″ tall, and the 7 Foot Stick if you are 5’10” and taller.
Some exercises involve two sticks at once while hanging, twisting, pushing, and pulling in opposing directions to reach maximal ranges and allow you to work both sides of the body at once.
The use of multiple sticks can provide a progressionary and regressionary aspect to the exercises. For example, s
tability and balance work is challenging and two sticks provide added stability so that the body and central nervous system can learn to adapt to the new positions and stimulus.
