This kit features our medium copper bopper style billet along with supporting tools.
Copper billets will 'pull' a flake off of a stone core, usually leaving less damage and micro fractures in your stone piece than other types of billets would.  This is by far our most popular billet for its size and ease of use.

The medium copper bopper billet (approx 1 inch o.d. head size) is perfect for medium to small points and blades and finishing work.
The lead filled copper dome provides a forward weight feel to run those nice long, thinning flakes. Our wood pressure flaker features a cemented copper tip that can be hammered to resharpen until no copper remains.
Great choice for beginners to learn core percussion and pressure flint knapping techniques.
