Mdme Alexander Cisstette Fashion 0720 Calico Print Dress with Hanger MIB

I know a lot about Vintage Barbie, but Madame Alexander's Cissette...not so much.
Picked up from an estate sale a nice a group of vintage Cissette fashions mint-in-box in new, unused condition. The Barbie dolls and fashions at this sale were from the mid-1960's so assume the Madame Alexander fashions are from the same period or earlier. I believe they fit the 10" Cissette dolls. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
Crisp cotton print dress is tagged and includes the original hanger. The quality of construction is amazing - just look at the ric rac trim and eyelet ruffle! Dress measures @5.5". Box is in good, but not perfect condition. Box measures 6x6".

My home is completely smoke-free and clean and believe the previous owner was a non-smoker as well. No odors - smoke, frying pan, mildew, or moth balls.
