Vintage Madame Alexander Doll from 1977, Mary Mine #6450 Very rare Madame Alexander baby doll. She is in pristine condition and never used- the age on back of head is 1977. Sadly, no instructions are included, but doll is with original box and tissue as well as original tag. Box is in good shape, but has wear on it.
