THIS LASSO STRAP (1) 4 X 90 INCH HAS A FLAT HOOK WHICH HOOKS IN THE REAR FIXTURE. THE STRAP IS THEN PASSED OVER THE TOP OF THE TIRE AND PLACED INTO THE WINCH. USED WITH THE NRC INDUSTRIES BUS ADAPTERS AND THE CHALLENGER "QUICK-PIK". WINCH IS NOT INCLUDED.  THIS UNIT MEASURES
90 INCHES.
