I have research prices using first eBay, Esty, Replacements and other online selling sites as well as Googling for items for descriptions etc.

I will be listing as  "BUY IT NOW" - because of limited time to list and monitor.  here may be some "Auction" type it I feel they merit the extra time involved BUT many times I list  low to moderate pricing just to sell the item.
Most of my time is being spent now  cleaning up 5.3 acres of what was once a  semi-junk yard its time consuming and been a lot of surprisies
Just want out of here and into my new house which was finished April 2021 before another winter lack of furniture, bookcases and other items has prevented it from happening - its not been easy.

1) The majority of my items are USED / VINTAGE, exhibiting normal usage and wear represent, that they are NOT PERFECT and may contain NATURAL "AS MADE" MANUFACTURING FLAWS, SCRATCHES, CHIPS AND REPAIRS, which I will describe to the best of my ability - and take as many photos as possible  of the time so that all parties are made AWARE of the condition
2) AS ALL ITEMS ARE BEING SOLD AS IS.
3) The buyer shall be RESPONSIBLE to ASK questions and to VERIFY and  information to their SATISFACTION before purchasing.
4) By placing an order - The buyer ACKNOWLEDGES that they have read all TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SALE, have ASKED questions and are SATISFIED with the information  they have obtained.
5) Buyer is RESPONSIBLE for all shipping fees unless stated as "FREE SHIPPING".
6) ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS AND NO RETURNS; NO EXCEPTIONS ARE MADE

SHIPPING PREFERENCE IS USPS Flat rate / USPS Priority mail since most packages now QUALIFY FOR FREE INSURANCE UP TO .00  possibly 100.00 IN CASE DAMAGE OR LOST IN SHIPMENT this is a plus for both the buyer and the seller
PLEASE make sure that you have and up-to-date and correct deliverable address registered with eBay  - undelivered items that are returned by the USPS will require additional postage on the part of the buyer
MAIL OUTS will be on WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY as I live out in country and prefer not to send  with rural carrier traveling around countryside.
