Up for sale is an advertising screwdriver from Medicine Lodge, Kansas. I measures just less than 5 1/2 inches long. The tip is magnetic for picking up nails, metal clips, and screws. It has the pocket clip on it and it says the following:

The screwdriver has been used, it does show some fading on the lettering.
