    Description

    This is a very large,rare and special item. It is a United Wilson JUWC hand painted Asian scene footed porcelain planter or centerpiece bowl. It is my understanding the scene is of a trading yard where internationals would come to trade with the Chinese and you can see all the flags of the different nations. This as China was opening to the West. Believe this bowl would be a decorative copy of one of the early ones and would be I believe as my understanding, reproduced by United Wilson JUWC in the 1950's in Hong Kong as a very high end limited reproduction and so rare simply cannot find another for reference. In beautiful condition. Bought at great expense and was stored never used only displayed. Now up for sale. On a dining room table, in a credenza, in a parlor this is a work that will gather great attention and conversation. Also perfect for the residence or offices of a diplomat, an item to be sought after by interior designers as a perfect accent to a sideboard or board room. A very heavy piece with magnificent painting. No damages, just exquisite. Would note that one foot is slightly raised up from surface of table but piece is steady. This as part of the making of the piece. A special treasure.
