Description

Original and RARE WWII 327th Field Artillery Battalion / Service Battery guidon.
Red wool construction with yellow cotton numbers / letters and FA crossed cannons.
The 327th FA Bn (155mm Howitzer) was a part of the 84th Infantry Division during WWII and participated in the battle of the Bulge. Campaign credits: Ardennes, Rhineland and Central Europe.
Leather tabs at the edge of the tubular sleeve. QM tag still present inside the sleeve but very hard to read.
Good condition with a rip on one tip. Nice color and patina.
Length: 29 1/2in - Height: 19in
