    LATE 19TH-EARLY 20TH CENTURY ANTIQUE CHINESE HAND CARVED, LACQUERED FOO DOG WOODEN BOOKENDS one with baby foo "puppy"? free floating WOODEN BALL IN MOUTHS, ON PLINTH BLOCK CARVED BASES, Chinese antique hand carved wooden figures with a gold wash over them and a small wooden ball floating around in each dogs mouth DIMENSIONS: 7 1/4" Height x 6" Width x 2 1/2" Depth CONDITION: Good to Very Good overall antique condition. Some slight, minor wood loss, The antique and carved Chinese Foo Dogs are untouched and undisturbed. They have not been dusted or oiled. They remain as they were found. green felt will be included if you choose to add it to the bottoms to protect the furniture. these appear to have been affixed to maybe the top of a piece of furniture or other wood item and rough sawn off. see the nail fragments I am certainly not an expert on chinese antiques. please study the photos and send me questions before bidding. shipping is free for this item I only ship to the USA dragon lion foodog
